I attended and graduated from Erath High School as one of seven valedictorians with the class of 2008. After high school, I went to McNeese State University to further my education. I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Cowboys’ football team during this time. In 2013, I obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health and Human Performance with a Concentration in Education. From June 2013 to May 2014, I was the Football Defensive Graduate Assistant for the McNeese State Cowboys while earning a Master’s of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology. From August of 2014 to April of 2017, I attended McNeese State, Louisiana Tech, and Northwestern State to complete my certification in Special Education Mild/Moderate Disabilities K-12. This year will be my fourth as the Special Education Teacher at Erath High School, second year as the Athletic Director, and I will also be coaching football (Special Teams Coordinator/D-Line Coach) and Softball (Head Coach), and Track (Throwers).
In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar, woodworking, playing golf, duck hunting, cooking, having fun with my wife and daughter, and watching all sports and my favorite TV shows.
My parents are Jennie LeBlanc Mendoza (married to Al Mendoza) and Randy LeBlanc (married to “Dino” Roy). I have one younger sister, Megan LeBlanc. I am fortunate enough to be married to my best friend, Bliss Romero LeBlanc, and have a beautiful baby girl together, Millie Jane LeBlanc.
