Teacher of the Year

Erath High recently named Ann Lori Langlinais as their 2019-2020 Erath High Teacher of the Year. Principal Marc Turner shared during his announcement that, “she is a long-term Educator that brings stability and bobcat pride to the Erath High campus every day.” After her 1983 Erath High graduation, she attended USL to a work toward her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education, with a minor in Psychology. Lafayette High and Abbeville High are two places she taught after her college graduation.  She attained her Master’s Degree in School Psychology in 1996. She worked in St. Martin Parish with the Pupil Appraisal program from 1996-2001. In 2001, she began working with Vermilion Parish Pupil Appraisal team as a Certified School Psychologist from 2001-2012. She returned to the classroom as a math/psychology teacher at Erath High in 2012. She has three children, Seth, Cole and Ali Bourque.
