On November 3, 2023, Dozier Elementary Principal Andrea Ford announced that Knoah Hebert was named the 2023-2024 DES Student of the Year.
Knoah is the 5th grade daughter of Joni (Milliman) and Scott Hebert of Erath. She has one sister, Kelbi (Hebert) Mills, brother-in-law, Hayden and is the aunt of twin boys, Sutter and Hudson. Her family and friends were on hand to surprise her.
She is active in many school clubs and activities such as 4H, Jr. Beta and more.
Outside of school, Hebert has an interest in performing arts. She has participated in several community play productions in the area for several years now and is a Girl Scout.
Hebert now moves to the parish competition.
