All floats or groups riding in the parade has to complete a parade form. Forms are picked up at Erath High or they can print them from here.
Bring completed form to the Erath police station. Driver’s license and proof of insurance needed.
The police chief then needs to sign off then you need to return them to EHS.
ONLY ONE FORM NEEDED PER FLOAT, CAR OR GROUP.
