School Resource Officer (SRO) Appreciation Day is celebrated annually on February 15. The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) established the day in 2022 to recognize the work SROs do to keep schools safe and bridge the gap between law enforcement and youth. The NASRO encourages communities and schools to express their appreciation for SROs on this day.
