These internet/Chromebook forms MUST BE SIGNED by BOTH student and parent/guardian in order to receive Chromebook at Orientation on July 30.
You can print at home or pick up hard copies in the EHS Front office from 7am-2pm.until June 4, 2026. The office opens again on July 27, 2026. Orientation is July 30, 2026
We STRONGLY ADVISE students to take care of this BEFORE school starts and turn in at ORIENTATION to ensure a smooth first week of school. Students who DO NOT turn in these forms at orientation will not receive their Chromebooks until the second full week of school, which may put them behind on coursework to start the year.
