At the last regular season football game and senior night, a presentation was made for a special group of teachers in Erath. The Erath High Senior Football Players and Managers started a new tradition where they selected a teacher (current or past) who inspired them and played an important role in their life. These teachers were presented with a special shirt with their player's name on the back which was worn at the game on Friday, October 21, 2022. The front of the shirt shows the “e” (Erath symbol) and the words, “Favorite Teacher.”
Shown with the student names on the back of the shirts are teachers: Wayne Mouton (Student Carson Prince), Greg Waguespack (Student Nate Touchet), Maleigha Viator (Student Austin Hebert), Kelsey Sikes (Student Sophie Migues), Brittany Broussard (Student Casey Hulin), Kip Romero (Student Brooks Bouillion), Joni Milliman (Student Cooper Migues), Amy LeBlanc (Student Chase Broussard), Laurie Broussard (Students Reese Domingue and Dylan Duhon), Tanna Harrington (Student Quinten Green). Not pictured who also received shirts are Jacob Broussard (Student Aliyah Wyble), and Austin Touchet (Students Lane Delcambre and Tatum Gainer).
