We are extremely proud of our Erath High School Betas for their phenomenal showing at the 2022 National Beta Convention in Nashville, Tennessee!

🟡▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️We are also extremely proud of our 2022 EHS Graduate and the outgoing National Beta Secretary, Zachary Broussard, for doing an amazing job throughout National Convention. Zachary, we wish you all the best in whatever your future holds.
Central Office will be closed on Monday in observance of the 4th of July. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, July 5th at 7:30.

Currently the pupil progression review can only be accessed on the website. Will try to get the app version fixed as soon as I can get tech assistance tomorrow.
The 10-day review period for the district pupil progression plan is now available for review.
It can be found on the website by clicking the menu and looking under District Information. Any questions should be sent to shawri.landry@vpsb.net
This is a state mandated document and review period. It will be officially adopted at the July board meeting.

Below is the updated policy.
In the past full zip sweatshirts could be any color or design.
Update as of today for full zip and ¼ zip pullovers
1. Color must be solid navy, white, red, gray, black, or spirit/school team sweatshirts.
A couple of weeks ago, Marc Turner announced that he had accepted the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel position with Vermilion Parish Schools.
Dr. Belisa Smith was named officially the new Erath High Principal. Though she has been at EHS as Assistant Principal, we welcome Dr. Smith as the school’s new leader and bid Mr. Turner the best in his new role, as well.
Registration for Virtual Vermilion in grade 6-12 is now open. Registration closes on Friday, June 17th at 11:59 PM.

ORIENTATION AND SUPPLY LISTS INFORMATION
Parents and students will receive an Erath High School Orientation letter and school supply list at the end of June with their student schedules.

The registration forms for new credit and credit recovery courses will need to be completed with your guidance counselor at your base school. Please contact your school for information regarding courses your child made need to take and/or re-take during the summer.

Dear Erath Community,
Please join us in this special project to make the last few weeks of high school special for our Senior Class of 2022. Linked below is a document we have created for our community members to write your own motivational messages to our graduates. Feel free to add pictures and personalize your message. It can include favorite memories with the Class of 2022, inspirational quotes and advice as they venture out into the real world. We know they'd love to hear from everyone who has cheered them on along the way. We will display these messages in our halls so seniors can read them for their final walk through before graduation.
Please address your letters to the class as a whole, not to one student in particular. Make sure to sign your letter and identify yourself.
If you can, please print your message and submit to the front office by Friday, April 8. If you can’t print, please share via email– Amy.LeBlanc@vpsb.net.
You can either type or hand write your message. It is totally up to you!
Let’s send off this group of young adults with our warmest well wishes! Thank you for helping to make their last few weeks of high school special.
