Boil Water Advisory
Rene Rost Middle School will be taking the necessary precautions in accordance with the boil water advisory for Kaplan tomorrow. We encourage students to bring bottled water to school but will be prepared to supply bottled water as well. Water fountains and sinks will be covered and we will use hand sanitizer in the restrooms. The cafeteria is also taking necessary precautions. City officials will notify the schools once the boil water advisory is lifted.

Any 5th-8th grader who would like to run for student council class delegate must pick up a packet and return it to Ms. Ashley Broussard no later than Tuesday, August 13.
Sign up to become a student council member at large will be held after the class delegate campaign.

As you prepare for a new school year, if you are looking to clean out gently used uniforms, Rene Rost would greatly appreciate them! We keep gently used polo uniform shirts, uniform shorts, uniform pants, and belts on campus for students in need. Any donations can be dropped off in our front office and are greatly appreciated!
Orientation is right around the corner. Help us make this process as smooth as possible for everyone involved!

If you choose to pay them at orientation, many parents put each fee in a separate envelope so that when they get to the table, it moves quicker. If you write a check it must be payable to Rene Rost Middle School. We do not accept cards at school. If you want to pay with a card, you should pay online.
